At Orangetree Interiors, our goal is to ensure you feel confident and excited about your final design.

Throughout the design process, you will have multiple opportunities to share your preferences and provide feedback. This collaborative approach allows us to thoughtfully tailor your design to your vision while offering clarity and peace of mind at every stage.

If you are not fully satisfied with your completed design, we will gladly work with you to make revisions and refine the space until it feels right for you. In the rare event that you remain dissatisfied, you may submit a written request to wecare@orangetreeinteriors.com within one week of receiving your final design package. All requests are reviewed promptly, and you will be notified by email whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services rendered only. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Please note that refund requests must be submitted within one week of final design delivery. Requests received after this timeframe are not eligible for a refund.
