Refund Policy

At Orangetree Interiors, we make every effort to ensure you are excited about your final design.

Throughout the process, you will have ample opportunity to communicate your preferences and provide feedback so that we can tailor the design to your vision. Our collaborative approach is designed to give you confidence and peace of mind every step of the way.

If, however, you are less than fully satisfied with your completed design, we will work with you to make revisions and re-create a space that feels right for you. In the rare event that you remain unhappy, you may submit your grievance in writing to wecare@orangetreeinteriors.com within 1-week delivery of your final design package. Once your request is received, we will review it promptly and notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

Refunds are offered on reasonable requests and on services only. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Please note that our refund policy is valid for 1-week delivery of your final design package. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund.
